Acceptance

Welcome to NexinMap App (the “App”) and related NexinMap online services (the “Service”). Downloading, installing, registering, signing in or otherwise using the Service means you have read and agree to these terms.

If you disagree with any part, stop using the App and uninstall it.

Separate product: NexinMap Desktop is covered by the desktop terms and disclaimer and user guide. Mobile social features, cloud tracks and in-app purchases in these terms do not fully apply to the desktop app. The website “Privacy policy” and “Terms of service” default to this App and related online services.

The Service

The Service may include:

  1. Multi-source map browsing, overlays and basic survey helpers;
  2. Track recording, reports, import and export;
  3. Claiming, viewing and managing rasters, vectors, offline packs and 3D models in the store;
  4. Friends and location sharing;
  5. Membership (including trial), accounts and notices.

We may change, pause or stop features for operations, compliance or technology, and will notify you reasonably. Some features need network, location permission or third-party map/data services.

Accounts

  1. Register and sign in with accurate phone details and you are responsible for activity on the account.
  2. Keep verification codes and devices safe; losses from poor custody are yours.
  3. Contact us if the account is stolen or looks unusual.
  4. One person should only keep a reasonable number of accounts; we may restrict bulk sign-ups, cheating or API abuse.

Membership, trial and payment

  1. Free features: the App is free to download; some core features work without membership, as shown in the App.
  2. Trial: new users may get an SVIP trial (for example 14 days). Rules are as shown in the App; trials are not transferable.
  3. VIP / SVIP: paid plans unlock offline maps, cloud tracks, group sharing and similar; benefits may change with versions.
  4. Payment and refunds: iOS / Android purchases follow the store. We can help with entitlement issues after verification.
  5. Store data: copyright and allowed use follow each product’s notes. Do not redistribute, resell or use them for unauthorized commercial training.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Break Chinese law, public order or good morals;
  • Infringe privacy, reputation, IP or other rights;
  • Spread malware, attack servers, scrape or bypass security;
  • Use bots or scripts to farm entitlements, traffic or data;
  • Use sharing or tracks to stalk or harm others;
  • Post illegal, misleading or spam content;
  • Other conduct we reasonably treat as improper or high risk.

We may warn, limit features, ban accounts, delete content or seek legal remedies.

Outdoor safety and accuracy

  1. Maps, imagery, contours, traffic and third-party data may be wrong, late or missing. They are reference only and do not replace professional survey, navigation gear or on-site judgment.
  2. Assess outdoor risk yourself and follow local rules.
  3. Path mistakes, delay or loss from relying on the Service are yours to the extent the law allows.

Intellectual property

  1. UI, code, marks, copy and design belong to NexinMap rights holders unless licensed.
  2. You keep lawful rights in tracks you create; you grant us a non-exclusive license needed to provide the Service.
  3. Store and third-party basemap/data rights stay with the original owners; you only get the stated license.

Third-party services

Maps, data, payments and push may come from third parties under their terms. We are not liable for their outages, throttling, price changes or data errors to the extent the law allows, but we will explain reasonably.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent allowed:

  1. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free or fit-for-purpose use;
  2. We are not liable for force majeure, carrier faults, third-party outages, or your device/network;
  3. If we are liable, the cap is the amount you actually paid for that instance of the Service (free use follows mandatory law).

Some places forbid limiting implied warranties or incidental damage; those limits do not apply where forbidden.

Changes, suspension and termination

We may suspend or change the Service for maintenance, upgrades, compliance or operations. You may stop using it and close your account. Serious breaches may lead to immediate suspension or termination.

Updates to these terms

Revised terms will be posted here with a date. Material changes will be announced in the App or on the website. Continued use after they take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict rules). If negotiation fails, either party may sue in a court with jurisdiction.
